Kellen Patterson serves as counsel to construction industry and government contract clients.  She handles the full range of litigation processes, including pre-suit settlement negotiation; mediation; arbitration; pre-trial discovery, including large-scale eDiscovery; motion practice; and appeals.  Prior to joining Groff Murphy, Kellen represented Washington state municipalities and school districts.  In that capacity, she represented clients in a wide range of litigation matters such as land use appeals and employee discipline arbitrations.  While in law school, Kellen interned in the Torts Division of the Washington State Attorney General’s Office and the Northwest Regional Office of the Federal Trade Commission, and competed on the National Moot Court Team.
