Evan Brown serves as counsel to construction industry and government contracts clients.  He has experience with complex litigation and dispute resolution arising from public and private construction projects, including trial and appellate practice, mediation, and arbitration.  His specialties include contractual, statutory, and regulatory interpretation and construction; motion practice; discovery, including complex electronic discovery; appeals; and intellectual property issues faced by construction and design professionals.  Prior to joining Groff Murphy, Evan served as a judicial law clerk to Chief Judge Thomas R. Bjorgen and Judge Bradley A. Maxa of the Washington Court of Appeals, Division Two, and as a judicial extern to Justice Steven C. Gonzalez of the Washington Supreme Court and Judge Bruce E. Heller of King County Superior Court.
