Kristi Favard practices in the areas of complex commercial litigation, construction law and Indian law. She routinely represents clients in both the state and federal courts of Washington and is admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Additionally, Ms. Favard has successfully litigated cases in tribal court and advises tribal businesses and corporations doing business on reservations and with tribes on business and litigation matters.
