Mr. Everard practiced at Davis Wright Tremaine with Mr. Groff and Mr. Murphy before leaving with them to start Groff & Murphy. Mr. Everard has focused his practice in two primary areas: (1) assisting entrepreneurs to meet the challenges of starting, running, financing and exiting their businesses, and (2) assisting owners and developers on all phases of real estate transactions from acquisitions, through construction to leasing or resale.
