Mr. Crittenden is Of Counsel at Groff Murphy. He served as a special deputy prosecuting attorney in King County (1992-1993), as a law clerk to Judge William W. Baker of the Court of Appeals, Division One (1993-1995), and as a law clerk to Chief Justice Barbara Durham of the Washington Supreme Court (1995-1997).
Mr. Crittenden represents developers, builders, owners and other interested parties in administrative and legislative land use matters, and in litigation. He also has substantial experience in appeals and obtaining access to public records.
