Mr. Carmalt represents clients facing a variety of commercial legal issues relating to technology and construction. The scope of his practice includes advising clients on contract formation and dispute avoidance, negotiating mutually satisfactory resolutions, and advocating for his client's interests through mediation, arbitration, and litigation. He has represented a wide range of clients, from small start-ups to Fortune 500 corporations. Mr. Carmalt is licensed to practice in the states of Washington and New York.
In addition to working in complex civil litigation cases, Mr. Carmalt has volunteered his time to represent indigent criminal defendants on a pro bono basis.
